Next Steps & FAQ

Booking: After submitting below, I'll email you a contract and invoice. A $100 retainer and signed contract will officially reserve your selected date/time and book your mini session! The remainder is due 7 days before your session.

Privacy: A sprinkle of faceless images are now included for all kids, as many families have been wanting these lately! I'm happy to avoid sharing images of their faces in my portfolio, and you'll see that reflected in our contract now, too. Your comfort as their parents is so important to me! If there are previous images we've taken together and you'd like their online presence faceless now, just let me know!

Reschedules: If your family needs to reschedule due to illness or emergency, please let me know as soon as possible. Rescheduled sessions will take place in Skagit county around remaining Fall 2026 availability.

Weather: If there is a chance of rain, you'll have the option to shoot rain-or-shine with clear umbrellas and trees, or reschedule your mini session to another date in Skagit. If there is a significant chance of rain, I will reschedule everyone's mini sessions to a new date and time and will make best efforts to keep our original location. For Nov. 14th Woodinville sessions, I'll make best efforts to keep Nov. 15th open as a backup date for everyone.

Turnaround: You'll receive 5 previews the week after and the full 30+ image gallery delivered within 1 month after your session. For November sessions, I'm mindful of your holiday card needs and am aiming to have these to you quickly by December 1st!

Prints: You have permission to print on your own, but you also have the ability to quickly and easily order quality prints through me using your online gallery. These are beautiful, perfectly color-calibrated, professional quality lustre-finish prints.
